How do i clear ARP cache from windows 2003 server

HI
i have a iSA server 2004 and exchange 2003 in different windows 2003
server machine.
after updating the isa server SP2 i can't access my OWA server even i
can't ping my ISA server from out of my network.

even though if i try to connect OWA server through the IP i can't.

so i am trying to repair the IP setting by clicking the repair button
of the excange server machine but it's showing an error "Clearing tht
ARP Cache"
so how do i clear the cache?
pls advice

ARP /?
Reboot the machine
wait until the ARP cache has flushed if don't create a static ARP
entry.
