No. There is no way,...and ISA2000 has no control over this at all,...it is
all handled by RRAS. Once they connect they have access to anything that
their user account is allowed to do,...it is the same as if they were
sitting at a machine within your building.
It requires ISA2004, 2006, or TMG to control access.
