OWA 2007 Publishing

Hoping there are active members who will help me out.
I am new to ISA, and having task of hosting exchange OWA 2007 using
ISA 2006
I have referred and followed this steps

I am successfully getting the login page of my CAS server but after
putting username and password there will be no responce.

I tested the rules and found this error.
Testing URL https://webmail.domain.com:443/OWA/
Category: General error
Error details: 1460 - This operation returned because the timeout
period expired.
Action: Go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=115965

can anybody help me in this??

this is the normal behaviour when you are using a webbrowser to test the
connection

please try to use https://testexchangeconnectivity.com
